Vinification & Aging: Fermented for 20-25 days in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast. Maceration and malolactic fermentation took place over a period of 30 days. The wine was racked into Slavonian oak casks where it aged for 4 years. Prior to bottling, the wine aged for 1 year in the bottle.

Description: Dense red color with a bouquet of red cherry, red raspberry, black olive, earth, tobacco, leather, vanilla with supple mouth feel with a medium to full body, supple tannin, and balance on the palate.
