Bouquet: Complex, Intense and fine, aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, peach and apricot
Taste: Dry an fresh, with good acidity and with flavours of flowers, yellow and tropical fruits. Tasty and persistent.
Food Pairing: Tasty seafood and oysters, shrimps prawns and shellfishes. Good match with white and delicate meats
