Vinification & Aging: After the grapes were harvested by hand, the fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks. After the completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine underwent the malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine was not filtered; purification is achieved through repeated pumping from one barrel to another. The wine is aged for 8 months in wooden barrels.

Description: Dark ruby red, fine roasted aroma in the bouquet, soft and velvety on the palate, long and lasting finish.
Food Pairing: Suitable for all strongly roasted meat dishes and spicy cheese. Great with dished with pumpkins and squash.
