Vinification & Aging: The grapes were harvested manually from the 18-year old vines in October. The first fermentation took place in large chesnut and oak tanks; then the wine was removed to acacia wood barrels for 12 months prior to bottling.

Description: Straw gold color with fuchsia reflections. Aromas of vanilla, solf on the palate, with mineral sensations and a lively finish.
