The grapes were harvested manually from the 40-70 year old vines in October from the Laim cru vineyard. They were hand-selected twice and carefully pressed. The wine was fermented and aged for 8 months in double barriques (450l). |

| Description: |
Clear with gold highlights. On the nose, the wine shows aromas of lime and fresh strawberries, peach and pear. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, harmonious, well-balanced, with a long, cactus pear finish. This wine is complex and powerful, and suitable for aging up to 25 years. |
