Vinification & Aging: The grapes were harvested manually and selected for the best crop of the area. After crushing and de-stemming, the fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 3-4 weeks. Following this, the wine spends another 6-8 months in stainless steel tanks and once bottled, the wines is released after an additional 6 months of aging in bottle.
