Vinification & Aging: The cultivation of the vines is done naturally, protecting the surrounding environment. The harvest took place in early October, in the in Zotta della Signorina (Mademoiselle) vineyard.

Description: Ruby red with purple reflections. The aroma is fresh, vinous and big fruit, with notes of cherry and fresh spices. On the palate, it is elegant, with notes of pepper, tobacco and vanilla.
Food Pairing: Great red wine to pair with any course. It is excellent with every type of meat and cheese. Worth trying with fish and vegetable based starters.
