Vinification & Aging: Fermented in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. The cap was punched down twice a day for a period of 7-10 days. It was then racked and transferred to medium-toasted barrels where it aged for 10-12 months.

Description: Ruby red color, aromas of flowers and fresh fruits. It is dry, balanced and elegant.
