Vinification & Aging: The Nebbiolo grapes are destemmed and pressed. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration of 30 days on the skin. Followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Then aged for 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Following this, it is lightly filtered and then bottled. Finally, the wine ages in bottles for another 12 months prior to its release.

Description: Classic Barolo that comes from a Vignane Cru in the oriental sector of the commune of Barolo, on the border with Castglione Falletto and Bussia di Monforte.
