Vinification & Aging: After the grapes were harvested manually in October, they were placed into stainless steel tanks for a 25-30 day fermentation and maceration period. The wine was then transferred to 600-Liter Slovenian oak tanks for 26-28 months. The wine aged an additional 12 months in the bottle prior to release.

Alcohol: 13.5%
Description: Garnet color, with soft orange highlights. Full, lingering aromas on the nose, and dry and warm on the palate with delicate, concise sensations.
