Vinification & Aging: After the grapes were hand-selected and harvested in October, they were placed into stainless steel tanks for a 15-day fermentation and maceration period. The wine was then transferred to 600-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine was then bottled and aged an additional 12 months in the bottle prior to release.

Description: Intense ruby red color, with garnet highlights that increase with age. Aromas of berries and cherries. On the palate, the wine is dry and full-bodied with good structure and character.
