Vinification & Aging: Grapes are harvested manually in mid-October.Fermentation in steel barrels for 10 days. Following a second malo-lactic fermentation, the wine is refined for 4 months in Slavonian oak barrels (300l) and barriques. Further refinement in the bottle for 7 months.

Description: Ruby red, ethereal and delicate with scents of rose and violet. Ruri is fresh, fruity, velvety and harmonious, with almost creamy tannins. It has a balanced and persistent ending.
Food Pairing: Perfect match for red meats and seasoned cheese, but also alone as an aperitif.
