Vinification & Aging: After the grapes were harvested they come to the winery to be sorted to select the best grapes. Then the grapes go through desteming and crush with soft rolls. Then the fermentation starts with selected yeast, in temperature controlled tanks about 75F. Then the wine goes through the aging in 350 HL barrels for 2 ½ years with an additional year in bottle.

Description: The wine has a great chestnut aroma, nutty and lots of fruit on the palate. It is dry and full body, rich and complex, great finish.
