Sighardt Donabaum Dinner and Tasting

Intimate gathering at Alain Ducasse’s famous French restaurant to celebrate the wines of Austrian winemaker Sighardt Donabaum. We were joined by Roger Dagorn of Chanterelle, Robert Castleberry of Carmine’s, and Rick Moonen of rm. The elegant and delicate menu created a delicious foundation to present his wines: the 2000, 2001 vintages of his award-winning whites, as well as a preview of 2002 (just released in 2004). A very special night!
