Vinification & Aging: Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days. During maceration, the cap was punched down daily to extract polyphenols. The wine aged in 600L Slovenian oak casks for 7 months followed by an additional 4 months aging in the bottle prior to release.

Description: Deep ruby with violet hues. Scents of blackberries and marasca cherries. Soft, supple, velvety and substantial.
Food Pairing: Excellent with simple meat dishes and pasta.
