Vinification & Aging: Hand selected grapes. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 3 days followed by a 2 week maceration period. Then, the wine was aged in medium toasted barrels for 16 months with an additional 6 months in bottle prior to release.

Description: Deep ruby red color. Aromas of violets, spice and intense cherry overtones, finishing with mature aromas of chocolate and tobacco. The wine’s substantial tannins are balanced by intense flavor.
