Vinification & Aging: Harvest and selection by hand. Fermented for 20-25 days in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast. Maceration and malolactic fermentation take place over a period of 30 days. The wine is racked into Slavonian oak casks where it ages for 36 months. Prior to bottling, the wine ages for 1 year in the bottle.

Description: Dense red color with a bouquet of red cherry, red raspberry, black olive, earth, tobacco and leather, supple mouth feel with a medium to full body, supple tannin, and balance on the palate.
Food Pairing: Steak, pheasant, wild boar or game paired with mushroom sauces.
