Vinification & Aging: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a temperature controlled of 85 degrees; maceration on the sinks for 20 days. Then, the wine ages for 4-6 months in stainless steel tanks and another 3-4 months in the bottle prior to release.

Description: Ruby red with bouquet of violets, black cherry and blackberry. Pleasant, dry and good balance.
