Vinification & Aging: Removal of grape stalks and soft pressing. Fermented for 35 days in stainless steel tanks and Slavonian oak casks, with natural yeast, at a controlled temperature between 82-86°. It aged for a minimum of 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels (320l), and refined in the bottle for 4 months.

Description: Red with burgundy highlights. Aromas of tobacco, black fruits, black cherry and noble wood. Warm, dry and persistent. Great body and elegance, with a long velvety finish.
Food Pairing: Steak, pheasant, wild boar.
