Vinification & Aging: Harvest took place in mid-September.Grapes were dried in the sun both on the plant and in small boxes for approximately 3 weeks. Afterwards, the grapes went through the first alcoholic fermentation for 24-36 hours. Then, the must remained in the tanks with the skins for a maceration period of 10 days in stainless steel tanks at 68° F. The wine was then separated from the skins at a low temperature and allowed to age for 1 year in steel tanks and 1 year in the bottle.

Description: Intense ruby color with shades of violet. Intense and complex aromas of raspberries, red fruit jams, raisins, dried plums and apricots. This wine has a rich body, tasty and harmonic. Bright acidity and great softness, very persistent.
