Description: Intense ruby color and full of spicy perfumes, the wine is powerful in the mouth with red fruits, liquirice, tobacco, vanilla flavors with evolved tannins and a long, balanced finish.
Food Pairing: Red meat, pasta with meat sauce, stews, strong cheeses, any type of meat stewed, but also thanks to the nice mixture of acidity between Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc, facilitated by the Merlot, it is a very
nice meditation wine.
