Soil: Warm, calcareous, with sandy loam and gravel.
Vinification & Aging: After the grapes were harvested by hand, the fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks. After the completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine underwent the malolactic fermentation in traditional big barrels, where it matured for 12 months. The wine was not filtered; purification is achieved through repeated pumping from one barrel to another.

Description: Ruby red, fine deep bouquet, pure note of Pinot in taste with a cinnamon spice note, firm, full of character and long finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal companion to dark meat, game, innards, mushrooms, soft red cheese and blue cheese.
