Vinification & Aging: The grapes are harvested manually, hand-selected and carefully pressed. Then, fermentation process takes place in new French oak barrels for 14 days at 71°F. The wine stays 6 months on the lees (batonnage). Then, it is racked and sent for aging in barriques for 12 months. Subsequently, the wine is bottled where it ages for an additional 3-month period prior to its release.

Description: Bright yellow with hints of gold. Refreshing exotic fruits, strawberries, pears, hints of honey and vanilla on the nose. Well-structured multi-layered, vanilla, coconut on the palate.
Food Pairing: Asian fusion, wok dishes, roast game, beef, venison, baked fish, meat and vegetables.
Serving Note: Decant before serving. Give 15 to 20 minutes prior to consumption.
