Vinification & Aging: Harvested in October. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging took place in 5 year old oak barrels for 6 months. When the malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine was bottled and aged for an additional 4 months prior to release.

Alcohol: 13.5%
Description: Attractive pear and mineral aromas, a moderately full bodied palate with a smoky edge.
Food Pairing: A good match with grilled trout, chicken, pork and farm cheese.
