Vinification & Aging: Harvested in November. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After the malolactic fermentation, aging took place also in stainless steel tanks for 10 months. The wine was bottled and aged for an additional 4-months period prior to release.

Alcohol: 14.5%
Description: Attractive and exotic fruit aromas such as pineapple and mineral. Full bodied and intense. Good acidity and length on the finish.
Food Pairing: Smoked fish, gefilter fish, and lox.
