Vinification & Aging: After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar where they are placed in stainless steel tanks and pressed. They are then transferred into an electronic vinificator, which has a programmed fermentation temperature. Here the wine oxygenation takes place and a beautiful coloring is obtained. After the fermentation on the skins, the must is pressed again and then put into French-Allier-oak barriques for aging. Periodically the wine is pumped over to eliminate residuals precipitated to the bottom of the barrels. Once the wine has finished, it is bottled and aged for 1 year prior to its release.
Production: 190 cases
Alcohol: 14%
Description: Deep, ruby red color. On the nose, intense aromas of red fruits and roses. To the palate, warm, full-bodied with hints of wild berries and with an excellent long finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal with white and red meats, excellent with fish, and with and any type of grilled or fatty meats.
