Vinification & Aging: Fermentation in steel barrels for 10 days followed by second malo-lactic fermentation. The wines are then blended together into Slavonian oak casks (15 hl) over a period of almost two years, followed by a period of 1 year in bottle before distribution.

Description: A blended wine, Ars Vivendi is an intriguing mix of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Merlot refined in Slavonian oak casks with a final light touch of barriques.The resulting wine is complex, full and dry, a truly great wine characterized by violet and marasca cherry scents, concentrated ripe fruit and vanilla-like bouquet.
