Vinification & Aging: The harvest took place in the second half of October. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 21 days. Aging in 40 hl large oak vats for 30 months, then 3 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages 6 months in the bottle prior to its release.

Alcohol: 14%
Description: Intense granite red color, aroma of violet. On the palate, full body, good complexity, richness of the terroir, and a long finish.
Food Pairing: Game meats, especially roasted rabbit, and steak and aged cheeses as well
