The grapes underwent a very soft pressing process, allowing the must to settle and carefully attenuating its opacity. Fermentation with no skin took place in stainless-steel tanks at a precisely controlled temperature. The wine aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in the bottle. |
