Vinification & Aging: After a soft pressing, the must ferments with selected autochthonous yeasts at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for about 5 months before being bottled.

Description: Pale straw colored with a little bit of green, the nose reveals fresh hints of white flowers, citrus and yellow plum. Good structure and persistence. The taste is fresh and crisp, easy to drink.
Food Pairing: It matches very well with appetizers, first courses of pasta with a light dressing, seafood, soups and poultry.
